Marking BIG Milestones at Shorehaven in Tempe I’m thrilled to share that Clayco has officially completed the final concrete pour for Shorehaven, the first phase of the South Pier master-planned community in Tempe, Arizona.

2022年12月2日 · A large crane stands tall, watching over the site after the workers leave for the day. At night, colorful lights lining its beam illuminate the city skyline. The crane, owned by Clayco Inc., has been the subject of Ryback’s affection for over a year. Reagan Priest explained that this specific crane is special from others downtown.

The Cranes. Stafford Tower Cranes supplied to Clayco by Stafford Crane Group for the South Pier project include STF 8041TL models that would be anchored to a concrete foundation. One of the tower cranes was specified for 332 feet with a climbing frame above the single tie.

2017年3月13日 · Clayco has had a tower crane at its disposal for just over a month now, and it’s doing big work, stacking steel beam atop steal beam for the future nine-story, 282,000-square-foot facility. Gensler and Forum Studio shared design duties on this project.
