Cave 4 has an entrance to the south of the Lakeside Village, (northeast of the yacht). It contains one Virginia and several Mutant babies. It's part of Cave 2 - Hanging Cave, but listed separately in the survival guide's to-do list as "keep exploring the hanging cave".

2011年12月20日 · Sometime before 68 C.E., when the Roman legions destroyed Qumran on their way to Jerusalem, 4QSama was deposited in a cave—now known as Cave 4—adjacent to the site (hence the “4Q” at the beginning of the siglum 4QSama). We don’t know precisely why it was deposited there.
