2023年8月20日 · I used wood for my outdoor cat enclosure. I have a lot of cats, so needed something much larger, and wood and steel mesh were much more affordable than anything else. As well as being cheaper than plastic pipes, wood is more sustainable and you don't have to worry about how to dispose of it if you no longer need a catio.

We currently have a big 72" tree similar to this one and the cats love how tall it is, but the height difference between tiers is around 14" and Nub is starting to have a hard time making that jump (I've never seen either cat use the ladders so I don't think that works for them).

When he was jumping down on the pergo flooring it was making a loud thunk when he jumps down (I live upstairs.) Also the cat cube is good for kittens to hide/play in.
