Oct 27, 2022 · For those that are unfamiliar, Oceanus is the highest tier lineup Casio makes (perhaps equal only to the MR-G high end G Shocks that are assembled on the same assembly line at Casio HQ in Japan). These are JDM so I had to buy this one off eBay, although Seiya watches and other importers also offer them here in the US.

I love that it wasn’t even set-it-and-forget-it: after I opened the box and it woke up when the sun hit it, the hands shuddered and then jumped to the correct time without me doing a thing.

The titanium was the big selling point for the 100, but in the end I was sold on the slightly more angular and almost text-free design of the 200 (except for the "oceanus casio"). The blue edges do look awesome, tough. I also think you have more lume on the hands than me.

May 22, 2024 · I really, really like the Oceanus T200, apart from it being a few millimeters too big, the hand finishing, and the bracelet. Other than these small hang ups, I would’ve bought the watch a while ago.

Sep 10, 2022 · Hello! I own a casio oceanus t200s and am looking for a leather strap, as the bracelet doesn't fit right even after adjustment. I don't know how to determine the size of strap I need to buy so I've come to ask for help. If someone could link me to a leather strap that would fit the oceanus that can be found on amazon, id really appreciate it!

Oct 5, 2022 · This is my Casio Oceanus OCW-T200S-1AJF. At the time, I was between this and a Tissot PRX Powermatic, but ultimately went with this because of the case finishing. The cases are allegedly (?) made in one of the Grand Seiko factories with that thing called zaratsu polishing.

A great read about the purchase of a great watch. I own 2 Oceanus models, and can attest to their excellent quality.
