2023年4月12日 · It’s a cool little feature to have, but it’s not going to influence my purchasing decision. I currently have 2 vehicles with HUD, and previously owned a 3rd with it as well. It can get annoying sometimes, and it can be turned off. Also, if you wear polarized sunglasses while driving, chances are you will barely be able to see the HUD anyway.

Took delivery on a 2024 CX-30 Turbo two weeks ago and can confirm turn by turn display on the HUD with Apple car play. Also displays local speed limit on the HUD. You can also set an audible alert if you exceed the speed limit by a set MPH. I assume that CX-5 and CX-30 share identical information systems.

2022年3月30日 · I must say I'm a little disappointed, it's taken some of the magic out of car HUDs :p, I just assumed they worked like Google glass, but bigger. I'd have thought you could get it working alright if your lenses were big enough, you have to keep your head fairly static relative to the car for the mirrors to work anyway

2022年1月1日 · Finally the HUD, this is my first car with it and am surprised how easy it is to get used to one. You don’t need to take your eyes off the road at all and it is super crisp even in sunlight. Even the blind spot assist in incorporated in the HUD as well. I get to drive my friends 3 series and the HUD is at par with whatever BMW has done.

2022年6月22日 · I had to replace the windshield on my Prius PHV (Prime) and the HUD windshield cost 1000€. Luckily i had insurance which covered the cost. I understand if you had to pay the windshield out of your own pocket. Too bad no-one tells people the cost difference of the glass when they're considering between car with or without reflection HUD.
