2007年12月2日 · The flour lowers the acidity of the food, plus it makes the food thicker and more dense. The heat won't penetrate it properly to destroy botulism. If there is any oil or fat along with it, the oil will coat the food particles, which allows botulism to survive, even if the food is pressure canned. The combination can be deadly.

2020年9月3日 · 2 - Though I love bards, its purpose in this build is to get RDD in a Holy Warrior along with full Tumble (hence no PAL/SOR/RDD). The other bardic stuff (song, casting) is gravy. I guess a better move for my purposes is to drop Lingering Song & Curse Song so I can get Blind Fight in and get IKD pre-epic, then put an Epic Toughness in at Lvl 40.

Sauce may be canned with or without sugar. Add sugar if desired. Reheat to boiling and fill jar with hot sauce, leaving headspace. Wipe jar rims, adjust lids, and process."
