If placed to cool on a rack, it would deflate much of that hard-earned volume, so it needs to be placed upside down immediately upon removal from the oven.

2006年7月25日 · Thanks everyone. I hope I can do it. the instructions are for the full Turtle and not just the head one. I am in the uk an dfound this site by chance trying to get hold of the cake pan. Wish I had found it before I purchased the pan ( from the us) the person who I bought it off doesn't have the instructions but pointed me in the right direction.

2007年4月25日 · I just bought a Wilton 11x15 sheet pan. The instructions that came with the pan says to use 11 cups of batter. It also says that one cake mix yields 4-6 cups batter. How does everyone else make 11x15 sheet cakes? I was going to make the CMD's Darn Good Chocolate Cake. It calls for 1 cup of sour cream & a box of instant pudding & four eggs.

2007年9月25日 · I use 2 white and 1 chocolate (Betty crocker). Since chocolate cake rises higher (and spreads more) than white cake, by the time it's baked, it's practically a full 1/2-n-1/2 anyway.

2007年8月2日 · Is there a chart somewhere that will tell you depending on your size cake pan, how many boxed cake mixes it will hold? I sure could use one. I have a 14 1/2 x 3 round cake pan and a 12 1/2 x 3 round cake pan that I need to know how many boxed cakes it will take to fill.
