2014年1月4日 · CWC is the foundry that cast the cam blank. At one time they supplied 85% of the blanks in the world. My grandfather was one of their 1st employees when they started out as Cambell, Wyant, and Cannon back in the early 1900s. That's pretty neat. So I believe it is a small cam and want to pick up some performance.

2006年4月9日 · I pulled the Chevy 350 apart today and I'm trying to identify the camshaft. On the shaft it reads "CWC" and on the end it has 274 stamped into it. I know the heads on this motor had stock springs. Does anyone have any idea which cam company manufactured this and how I can find the duration/lift figures? Thanks as always for any help.

2021年9月12日 · The "CWC" is identifier for Campbell, Wyant, & Cannon , the Michigan foundry that cast the cam blank, roughed in the lobes and bearing journals, and either then sold as a core to a cam grinder, or finish ground it on spec for a bulk customer. The rest is just foundry info numbers cast into the blank.

2009年10月14日 · CWC Camshaft, no such animal. CWC makes camshaft BLANKS, someone else ground it and marketed it for you. They are the leading manufacturer of blanks for aftermarket greinders. I think they supply OEMS' as well. Sorry for the other non-car-guy responses.
