2022年1月26日 · try keep power cord plugged in all the time and use power button only to turn off/on pc. see if that prevents some of the fan rev noise. some optiplex bios is designed to rev the cpu fan to full blast temporarily then quiets after POST. Try turn on minimal boot option in bios to see if that could mitigate the noise issue.
