CNM is the only programme in Singapore and Southeast Asia that offers a concentration in communications and new media studies within a single department. The programme is innovative and dynamic, taking into account the ever-changing new media landscape both in Singapore and the rest of the world.

The core of the CNM Programme is new media studies, which focus on the societal impact of new technologies on our social, cultural, political and economic landscape. The Programme integrates media studies, mass communications, computational communication, communication management, interactive media design and cultural studies.

The Communications and New Media Society from the National University of Singapore is the voice of the CNM student body. We organise internal welfare events as well as external industry visits, for CNM students.

2019年12月25日 · The core modules are NM1101E, NM2101, NM2103, and NM2104. There is also a 20-week Compulsory Internship Programme (CIP) in Y3. You can do it under NM3550Y, which is the default. But you can also go on the NUS Overseas College (NOC) programme and fulfill your internship requirement overseas under TR3202.
