ANSWER : You should notify CGS (Online) from Notice submission of softbound within 3 months before submit the hardbound. The copies of softbound should be submit to student's department. Hardbound submission should be submit manually to CGS counter and fulfill the requirements which students need to submit all form from (VIVA VOICE KIT).

Firstly, student's need to be under TFA at least a month, then apply for GA extension form online (same as new GA applicant) and submit apppeal letter endorse by Sv,HOD and dean of CGS. It is subject to CGS approval.

ANSWER : Student under GA/GRA scheme must complete their RPD within three (3) months. Failure to do so, the allowance will temporarily stopped until the RPD completed. Thex reimbursement of allowance only will be paid maximum of four (4) months only. What is the consequences for if GA/GRA not completed their RPD within the stipulated time?
