2025年3月15日 · When installing the files to the SD it worked apparently fine. However, it got stuck and I restarted it. Once I restart it, I only get the red light. Do you know what could be due? The connections are correct. The CFW that loads needs a specific payload that I did not do. could that be the mistake?. Thanks in advance

2025年3月15日 · The red light usually means a back connection in some of the cables or solder points. But if you had it done by a shop, just ask them to have a look. You can check with a multimeter first, see if you get around 0.7V on point C in diode mode. Since you paid for their service, I'd say just take it back and ask them to finish the job properly.

2025年3月15日 · When I was trying to diagnose an issue with my console the LED looked a different colour through the grating than it did looking directly at it. If you look at this red can mean that the chip is unable to read packets from the emmc, indicating that maybe the dat0 board has slipped out of place.

2022年7月4日 · Try resetting the chip by shorting the two pins beside the USB header. Also all the OLED installs I've done has 0L reading for reset point, meaning no electrical flow, so maybe recheck that. Other than that I'd say recheck your values and your solder joints. Make sure you have no cold solder joints, and all your solder points look smooth and shiny.

2021年9月25日 · Rebug CFW replaces the blue icons with red ones. This is the top answer. I suppose it's a system with CFW. I've seen it sometime. The older oficial firmwares had the red icon as well and some people preferred it this way. Specifically I believe it indicates that the PS3 will not attempt to connect to PSN at all.
