The Honda CBR125R is a CBR series 125 cc (7.6 cu in) single-cylinder sport bike made by Honda. The CBR125R first appeared on the market in 2004. It is manufactured in Thailand by A.P. Honda alongside the similarly designed CBR150R, which is primarily aimed for the Far East market. It has the smallest displacement engine of any CBR motorcycle.

For 2021 the CB125R gets its very own, new 125cc, DOHC 4V design and with it comes a power and torque boost – 11.0kW @ 10,000rpm and 11.6Nm @ 8,000rpm (from 9.8kW @ 10,000rpm and 10Nm @8,000rpm). Thanks to the extra power, top speed goes from 101km/h to 105km/h, with 0-200m covered in 11.3s. The gearbox remains six-speed.

Unlike it’s 600cc and 1000cc big brothers, this little bike is powered by a much smaller 125cc liquid cooled, single cylinder, 4 stroke engine. You won’t be flying past traffic doing triple digits on this little monster, in fact to hit above 90mph you’ll need a down hill slope and a full racers tuck!
