I've heard CLK55 AMG rear brakes are a direct swap, but nobody in the aftermarket parts community (FCP Euro, for example), can provide assurance that it's a straight swap or whether I'll need to upgrade the main brake cylinder as well.

2024年6月9日 · Got the predecessor C32 and I like it a lot. The C55 looks a bit better, but ask yourself if you really want to pay extra money for an AMG if noone will be able to tell it's an AMG. The car itself is reliable. Same engine as the E55 just without the supercharger. Good first AMG but eventually you might feel like it's lacking in power.

2014年7月17日 · So I am purchasing a 2004 C55 AMG with 88,000 Miles on the clock from a really good friend of mine. He has all the maintenance records with the vehicle and has recently had the rear engine seal repaired as it’s a known failure part. I know I will have to do the engine mounts, but that’s no problem.
