The names listed are slightly long-winded ways of saying it's the para-methyl analogue of buphedrone (4-methylbuphedrone) or alpha-ethyl analogue of mephedrone (alpha-ethylmephedrone). It most definitely shouldn't be named butanone, since that is a simple ketone in its own right.

Even those powders in head shops that only contain caffeine, one of which has a slight numbing effect which is always a plus for SWIM.

2013年4月28日 · Buphedrone has an alpha-ethyl, and ethcathinone has N-ethyl. Ethcathinone is, according to Wikipedia, moderate at norepinephrine release, and a weak dopamine reuptake inhibitor, but also believed to be N-dealkylated to cathinone, which would make it a moderate stimulant prodrug in addition to its direct effects.
