Buck 119 and 120 - EDGED WEAPONS - U.S. Militaria Forum
2024年11月3日 · I have recently acquired two Buck fixed blades. The 119 is a single line, meaning the marking on the blade is "BUCK" only. The 120 is a two line, reading BUCK/USA. The "one line" was made between 1961 to 1967, (for this knife, the 1961 to part of 1962 time frame is ruled out because the earliest ones were made with a screw pommel)....

2020年8月22日 · The 120 makes for a good slicer for brisket and other large cuts of meat or melons and it’s noticeably lighter than the 124. Like makael said the 124 can chop small tree limbs easily. Reactions: Joshua Bartosiewicz
Buck 120 General - Survivalist Forum
2011年9月23日 · The Buck General 120 is available only used or as one of the plethora of "commemorative" type issues over the years. It is a very useful knife, good size (IMO) takes and holds a good edge and will do/survive things that would wilt other knives.

Buck 120 Pro? - BladeForums.com
2022年5月11日 · There is not much difference between a Buck 119 and a Buck 120, except for the length of the blade. They are both good knives, but aren't designed for chopping and battoning. And S35VN is the wrong kind of steel for chopping and battoning. Buck's standard 420HC would handle that kind of ABUSE better than S35VN. If you want a Buck made for ...

Buck 120 Heritage Series -- FULL TANG?! - BladeForums.com
2021年10月21日 · The Buck 120 General typically has a rat-tail or "stick" tang, it's the 124 Frontiersman that's Full Tang. The 120 Heritage Series looks the same as any other 120 on the outside, (I imagine that it would have the same handle as the 124 with a visible full tang if it were truly full tang) so I'm thinking that it's just a typo, but no other version of the 120 on their …
Opinions on the Buck 120 and 124 - BladeForums.com
2018年3月3日 · Welcome to the Buck forum. I am glad you listened to all of the people on your other thread. I know the 124 is a lot more heavy duty, but the 120 or 119 are up to most tasks you should legitimately ask a knife to do. I have had a 120 for 35 or more years and it has never let me down as a camp knife.
