I guess the only other thing to look forward to then is that I just bought a new Breitling and it was the same style box but it has a leather style exterior which made it look more luxurious. I prefer the old blue ones better, but maybe it’s to appease those like OP more.

2022年2月13日 · Unfortunately that awful packaging is the result of the 2017 G.K. takeover of Breitling. Breitling watches used to come in a nice bakelite box, in a leather "watch pouch". As nice as boxes for Omega, Rolex or Zenith. But G.K. decided to use a new cheap cardboard/canvas packaging. The official reason is "sustainability".

New to this sub. Today i discovered a breitling sprint reference 2010 on my grandparents house and i was wondering if its real or fake. Its a mechanical movement, inscriptions on the movement says " Breitling Watch Ltd. It has a breitling logo with the number 7733 under. And another inscription says Seventeen jewels.

2023年12月7日 · Both of these were purchased from the same dealer locally in Houston TX. Complete with Breitling box & papers. (I am the second owner). I had some initial concerns about being the second owner and being able to register them through Breitling's website, but the process was really easy. They are both now registered in my name.
