Brain is red cylinder-shaped robot with a large brain connected with wires in a transplanted life support jar sealed with a cork on top. He has two different colored eyes, his right eye is green while his left eye is purple, and a mouth formed with blue electricity.

One Igor, however, who serves the somewhat tedious-minded Doctor Glickenstein is a talented inventor who aspires to be an Evil Scientist himself. Among his inventions are his friends Scamper, a reanimated, immortal and suicidal rabbit and Brain, an unintelligent robot with a human brain transplanted into a life support jar.

Igor is tasked to steal the brain of Hans Delbrück, however he drops it and finds another one labelled abnormal (which he mistakenly reads "Abby Normal") and takes it, resulting in the monster (portrayed by Peter Boyle) becoming unpredictable and running rampant near the village.
