When The Clone Wars Season 2 Ep. 12 came out, Lucas confirmed that Jango Fett isn't a mandalorian, and simply stole the armor. Which implies that Boba Fett isn't a mandalorian either, despite what 30 years of comics, books and games had told us. It's a major retcon, everybody was pissed about it.
