2020年2月20日 · Excess use of vasopressors (especially the combination of norepinephrine and vasopressin), which can lead to a phenomenon of iatrogenic vasoconstrictive shock in patients with poor cardiac function (wherein excessive vasoconstriction causes a drop in cardiac output, causing low cardiac output and shock). Beware of this phenomenon.
