Biokovo (pronounced [bîɔkɔʋɔ]) is the second-highest mountain range in Croatia, located along the Dalmatian coast of the Adriatic Sea, between the rivers of Cetina and Neretva. It is sometimes referred to as Bijakova , especially among inhabitants of the eastern side of the mountain.

Biokovo se nalazi na području gradova Makarska i Vrgorac, te općina Brela, Baška Voda, Tučepi, Podgora, Gradac, Zagvozd, Zadvarje i Šestanovac. Sela u Zagori pod Biokovom smještena su na 1100 m nadmorske visine.

Park prirode Biokovo jedan je od 12 parkova prirode u Hrvatskoj i obuhvaća istoimeni planinski masiv Biokovo. Parkom prirode proglašen je 1981. godine, s površinom od 195,5 km 2. Park se upravno nalazi u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji i obuhvaćaju ga općine Brela, Baška Voda, Makarska, Tučepi, Podgora, Zagvozd, Zadvarje i Šestanovac.

Biokovo Nature Park is located on the southern Dalmatian coast. Proclaimed a nature park in 1981, this mountain rampart towers about 1500 meters over the Makarska Riviera and offers views over the sea and nearby islands.

The Skywalk is reached from the Biokovo road that starts at the entrance into Biokovo Nature Park, about 6 km east of Makarska, and leads to the highest peak, Sv. Jure (St. George) at an elevation of 1762 metres, making it Croatia's highest paved road.
