BOB BILBY is a Bilby… and his name is Bob! He’s Bingo’s classroom puppet, but the kids make sure they fold his ears down when they say that (shhhh…he thinks he’s real). He gets taken home by a kindy kid each week to embark on new adventures, which are all documented in the Bob Bilby’s scrapbook.

The Easter Bilby is an Australian alternative to the Easter Bunny and chocolate bunnies. Bilbies are native Australian marsupials that are endangered. To raise money and increase awareness of conservation efforts, bilby-shaped chocolates and related merchandise are sold within many stores throughout Australia as an alternative to Easter bunnies.

Bob Bilby is the twelfth episode of the first season of Bluey. It's Bingo's turn to bring the Bob Bilby puppet home from Kindy and record their weekend together. Bob's previous adventures have all been very exciting, so Bingo is keen to make their time just as memorable. [2]

The bilby is a marsupial and carries its young in a pouch. Threats include habitat loss, disease, and introduced predators such as foxes.

Bob Bilby grabs Bandit's sausage roll and tries to wrestle it away from him. Chilli and the kids giggle. Bandit: "Hey! That's mine! Let go!" Bluey: "No, Bob, that's Dad's." Bandit growls. Chilli: "Careful, Dad, he knows karate!" Cut to the playroom. Bandit is on all fours, with Bingo and Bob Bilby riding on his back.
