Baby coming soon, I'm not entirely bought on SUV's since I grew with small cars and here's the question. How does a baby seat fit in the back of a new GTI that has those plaid "racing" seats in the front?

2022年3月23日 · I used a rear facing baby seat in my GTI before my daughter turned 2. No issues. Took road trips 2-3 hours away. Now there is a bigger toddler forward facing seat in the back. Still plenty of room and unless your front passengers are 7 feet tall, they'll be comfortable up front. Most foldable strollers and baby trycicles fit in the back perfectly.

2018年6月25日 · My coworker has a newer Mazda 3 and with his rear facing seat on the passenger side, I'm sitting straight up and am very uncomfortable. Comparing this to the GTI is likely a game of a few inches but the position you have to sit in in his Mazda is WAY more uncomfortable. Its bad enough that if the GTI was like that I wouldn't have bought it.

My son is outgrowing his baby seat and now I need a toddler->young child one. The thing is most of them are big chunky things that look designed for minivans and SUVs! Like they would restrict moving the seat back they’re so big. Any good options for smaller cars like ours?
