Next, Make sure your device and printer are connected to the SAME Wi-Fi or wired network (this is a more common issue that you may realize). Check the Wi-Fi band (2.4, 5 or 6 GHz) the printer is connected to; very few printers support 6 GHz, and many don’t support 5 GHz either.

Besides you would not use a VPN to remove viruses, regardless of the type of device, especially, unless the iPhone was jailbroken, it cannot get a virus. Restore from a Backup: Have any backups of this iPhone? If so, restore from it. Reset your Router: Your Router would be setting this up, overruling connectivity.

A NordVPN certificate was causing interference, even when the VPN was not active. Their recommendation was to delete the problematic certificate, reinstall NordVPN, and adjust settings to trust all WiFi networks.
