After resetting the main office phone, the hub didn't accept the pairing when I pressed the WPS button, so I un-plugged my old BT handset (which was plugged directly into the back of the hub) and then tried pairing again which was successful.

2023年2月27日 · I don't have DV so don't know for sure how the DV handsets behave. But a BT logo appearing would suggest a loss of power due to dead batteries. Assuming you tried replacement batteries (you haven't said), then the next question mark would be distance between handsets & SH2. Have you tried moving the handset(s) closer to see if the problem persists?

There is no need for new handsets, as the batteries are likely to be no good, as it seems that they have been stored for too long.
