2007年5月27日 · To get an accurate estimate of the BSFC for the K20Z3 I used the known hp number published on the Honda website (197 hp @ 7800 rpm). Amazingly, the result was 218 g/kW*hr. The average four stroke gasoline engine has a BSFC of 322 g/kW*hr! Having a BSFC as low as 218 is usually only found in diesel engines!

We will use an estimate here as i do not have enough data for this. the averaege is around 0.5 or 0.6 so we will be using 0.55 lb/hp/hr and divide it by 60 to convert it to minutes

2019年10月3日 · I am (impatiently) waiting for the same chart for the M20A-FKS (in my 2020 Corolla), which is the 2.0L little sibling of the 2.5 A25A-FKS. From everything I've seen the M20A is +/- a scaled down version of the same design, so I suspect the BSFC map will be very similar.

2014年9月4日 · To determine the best acceleration range, we would need a BSFC map that shows BSFC at all throttle positions, not just WOT. The graph is helpful, but a full map would be much better. Has any ever found a BSFC chart comparing different AFR ratios to one another for ANY motor? Another key is anti-tuning.
