2022年12月6日 · You need a piezo injector controller to run the n54 high pressure fuel pump. Everything else is normal. To run any of these aftermarket ecus you need to use normal injectors or get syvecs or delta that can run n54 hpfp. Minium you need: Ecu for 6 cyl, drive by wire, output for electric water pump, fuel pumps and Individual cam control.

2017年6月19日 · I did get INPA to clear codes. Only the INPA 5.06 from the BMW Standard Tools 2.12 (I used Win XP SP3) did have the MDS80 for N54. { Note - NONE of the other INPA versions - from the DISv57 bundles - namely 4.xxx,5.02 showed the N54 } Went for a 20 min drive - city+hwy ...runs like a champ, no issues. Car is stock.

The N54 is reliable, just stay on top of maintenance and pro-actively replace all the plastic parts known to fail in the engine with aluminum aftermarket parts.
