Well, ask average German taxi driver that has 500k on his/her Mercedes, BMW, Audi or VW using oil like that whether it is good or bad.

2019年5月30日 · Apparently BMW specs 0W30 LL12-FE for the 2015 X5 diesel but not too many people know about it. My 2016 535d came with this spec from the factory but none of the free maintenance at BMW dealers included this. Once I switched, fuel economy was much better (improved 1-2 mpg) and its apparently more protective than 5W30 LL04.

2015年11月12日 · Back in the early to mid nineties BMW had a huge problem with the high sulfur fuels in the USA with their V8 engines. The high sulfur caused many BMW V8 engines to loose compression and rough running. It had to do with teh special cylinder coatings - that the high sulur would damage the way the pistons rings would seal against the cylinder wall.

I switched to the Pennzoil Euro Platinum LL04 oil and for the price, it cannot be beat. Plus you can get it at Walmart.
