Checked the Brake pad sensor and it was worn. after replacing the sensor by a new one I could reset (after two attemps) ( original brake sensor was 50% worn in comparison to the new one) i think it had something to do with the resistance the car is measuring in the sensor.

2011年2月17日 · 1. Cost: Brake Pad sensor used to be about $5-6 until last year when it rose to about $12-15 online. My local Dealer wants $25 for the pad sensor! 2. If you decide you don't want to use the pad sensor, then visually check your pad thickness twice a year. Once the pad thickness is down to 2mm or so, replace the pads. The circuitry works like this:

They are the female receptacles for the male pins inside the sensor connector. Hope it will help somebody to rebuild the missing brake harness connector. Part # in the pics.
