Mar 25, 2024 · BG4 may happen, but it won't be made by Larian. BG was released in 1998 by Bioware. BG2 was released in 2000 by Bioware. BG3 was released in 2023 by Larian. So, who knows who'll publish BG4 or when it will come.

Mar 21, 2024 · It's such a shame. If this is just a simple decision by Swen to go back to creating their own worlds and it was always going to be this way then fair enough. But if we COULD have had bg4 and it got messed up by corporate meddling, that's depressing as fuck.

WOTC is going to expect BG4 to be even better than BG3, so production values is something the likely don't want skimped on. Will be interesting to see how the CRPG genre reacts this. Personally, I would love to see a continuation of some of the unfinished story threads, such as the missing Crown of Karsus and Durge's continued fight against ...

To me is quite obvious that BG4 is next. This is the most success Larian has had by a pretty large margin and Wizards revealed that this is the most successful licensing deal in their history. Both parties probably really want bg4 to happen. This game has sold very well so far so you can expect a big boost in presentation in their next title.

She’ll be back. Tav’s in Hell with Karlach and Wyll. The others didn’t get a word in but, Nine fingers and Minsk sittin in a tree making BG4 for me.

If BG4 is some bullshit microtransaction pay to win mess that most of the major studios seem to be putting out these days, no way in hell am I buying it. Unless they do a really good job with it and surprise all of us, I hope it tanks to send a message to the studio execs that they can’t just throw slop on a plate and sell it like a 5 star meal.

Jan 11, 2023 · The rest I’ll leave to you :) So yes the plan is different because Bg4 is a kind of a unique setup (consider it different to the copycat Bf5 London) so you should respond in kind! To dangle the course carrot, there’s actually a real funny line where you can seriously mess with blacks position if they refuse to trade on f3.

They've been saying there will be no DLC for awhile now, so not surprising. Not wanting to do BG4 is a little surprising to me though considering how well BG3 did. I assume this means they want to put all their efforts into the next Divinity game, especially since it's an original IP and they don't have to pay for licensing.

The other version of the BG4 from Surface Laptops and Steam Decks has Part-No. (e.g. 2206KEZ) and Firmware-No. like "AEGA1102" or newer one "AEGA0103".
