Boron trichloride - Wikipedia
Boron trichloride is the inorganic compound with the formula BCl 3. This colorless gas is a reagent in organic synthesis. It is highly reactive towards water. Boron reacts with halogens to give the corresponding trihalides. Boron trichloride is, however, produced industrially by chlorination of boron oxide and carbon at 501 °C.
BCL3 - Wikipedia
BCL3 is a transcriptional regulator of multiple pathways critical for cancer initiation, maintenance and progression. It plays an important role in tumor growth, cell death, migration, metastasis and cancer stem cell viability.
Multifaceted roles for BCL3 in cancer: a proto-oncogene comes of …
2024年1月9日 · Here we review the direct evidence demonstrating BCL3’s central role in a transcriptional network of signaling pathways that modulate cancer biology and treatment response in a range of solid tumour types and propose common mechanisms of action of BCL3 which may be exploited in the future to target its oncogenic effects for patient benefit.

BCL3 is induced by IL-6 via Stat3 binding to intronic enhancer
2006年5月29日 · In this study, interleukin (IL)-6-induced BCL3 expression and its effect on survival of multiple myeloma (MM) cells were examined. We demonstrate the upregulation of BCL3 by IL-6 in INA-6 and...
Bcl-3: A Double-Edged Sword in Immune Cells and Inflammation
Bcl-3 is an atypical member of the IκB protein family that regulates the activity of nuclear factor NF-κB. It can promote or inhibit the expression of NF-κB target genes according to the received cell type and stimulation, impacting various cell functions, such as proliferation and differentiation, induction of apoptosis and immune response.
The NF-κB regulator Bcl-3 restricts terminal differentiation and ...
2021年1月28日 · Our results provide proof-of-principle for targeting Bcl-3 pharmacologically to optimize adaptive immune responses to infectious agents, cancer cells, vaccines and other stimuli that induce CD8 + T cell differentiation. Effective immunity to previously encountered pathogens or vaccines depends on efficient formation of memory T and B cells.
Bcl-3, a multifaceted modulator of NF-κB-mediated gene
2008年11月11日 · In this review, we focus on the regulation of the NF-κB pathway by Bcl-3 (B cell leukemia-3), a nuclear member of the IκB (inhibitor of NF-κB) family. Both the regulation and the function of Bcl-3 will be discussed.
Bcl-3, a multifaceted modulator of NF-kappaB-mediated gene ...
In this review, we focus on the regulation of the NF-kappaB pathway by Bcl-3 (B cell leukemia-3), a nuclear member of the IkappaB (inhibitor of NF-kappaB) family. Both the regulation and the function of Bcl-3 will be discussed.
Bcl-3 promotes TNF-induced hepatocyte apoptosis by regulating …
2021年12月1日 · Here, we demonstrated a crucial role of Bcl-3, an IκB family member, in regulating TNF-induced hepatic cell death. Specifically, we found that the presence of Bcl-3 promoted TNF-induced cell...
