Ayra is the first female "Sword Fighter" to appear in the Fire Emblem franchise and has been credited with introducing the current form of the Myrmidon class and refining the Navarre Archetype into a distinct class from the Mercenary or standard Ogma -pattern sword fighter.

Once it is taken she will break off of combat and start to head to it, and Sigurd can speak to her then. Lure her away from the castle with a non-Sigurd unit, have Sigurd conquer the castle.

To recruit Ayra, you have to move her away from the castle and put a bait (like Quan) in the lower blue circle, so the axe fighter will attack him and then Ayra will go after him. Send Sigurd to the higher circle, so he can conquer Genoa.
