2009年2月23日 · Just to clarify the Avid 888 interface is audio only virtually identical to a Protools 888 audio interface. The Protools 888 can operate as a stand alone audio D/A or A/D. Even unsrewing the top and looking. at the PCB the Avid 888 and Protool 888 share the same main board and but the protools unit has an additional front panel meters board.

Here's a used but in nice condition Avid Digidesign 888 Audio I/O interface. Tested to power up, which it did (don't have all the Pro Tools bits and pieces set up to do more thorough testing than power up, so selling it as-is.) Should be great for a vintage Pro Tools system. It's model "MH070-AV, Rev. J". The product code is "888 I/O, MC AVID".
