2025年3月1日 · I was using Outlook (new) with no problem this morning. A little later i can no longer sign in. I am using Windows 11 but i do not use Windows 365. When i click on Outlook, I get the message below. When i enter my password, i get the second message below. I tried changing my Microsoft password, but it didn't help.

2025年2月12日 · When I click "I forgot my PIN" it just shows a message saying to go to Sign-in options. I have tried going to Sign-in options in Settings to reset or change my PIN from there, but the options don't exist, I can only select "Set up" and that just prompts the same process I just described and I can't get anywhere with it.

Click on the “Sign in with a local account instead” button, and follow the steps. You'll switch to a local account, but don't worry : this is temporary. Once you're back into Windows (with a local account), follow the same path : Settings > Accounts > Your info. You'll now find a “Sign in with a Microsoft account instead” button.
