This year marks the 18th Anniversary of the ACD since it was founded on this day of June 2002 to form an inter-governmental grouping, aiming to promote the Asian cooperation to become an Asian Community.
Asia Cooperation Dialogue
The Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) was inaugurated in June 2002 in Cha-Am, Thailand, where 18 Asian Foreign Ministers met together for the first time. The ACD is a continent-wide forum, the first of its kind in Asia.
We aim to bring the ACD Vision for Asia Cooperation 2030 into action taking into account the suggested elements in the Blueprint 2017-2021 and the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
