2025年3月11日 · In this study, an Au-based nanomaterial is developed that can adjust its morphology in different therapeutic processes. The prepared Au nanowire (ANW) can be converted into Au nanospheres (AS) under ultrasonic conditions by adjusting the amount of polyethylene glycol (PEG) on its surface for convenient delivery.

2024年5月1日 · In this work, “nanowires” structured as an Ag conduction network are developed to obtain a Ag/ANW composite, which is applied as a highly sensitive SERS-active substrate with Ag loaded on its skeleton through a one-step simple dipping method after one-pot hydrothermal synthesis (Scheme 1).

This research based on a pharmacological network explored the potential mechanisms of ANW for the treatment of ischemic stroke. The findings highlighted the improvement of the inflammatory response, immune defense, and neuroprotection of ANW against ischemic stroke.

2022年3月27日 · Results: A total of 2391 targets were identified for 230 active ingredients of ANW, and 1386 of them overlapped with ischemic stroke targets. The key active ingredients were mainly quercetin, β -estradiol, berberine, wogonin, and β -sitosterol, and the key targets were also identified, including IL-6, AKT1, MAPK3, PIK3CA, and TNF.
