Antimony Peak is a steep peak of quartz diorite located in southern Kern County, in the San Emigdio Mountains of the Transverse Ranges of California. [4] It is the taller one of two summits with that name in Kern County.

Antimony Peak has a prominence of 888 feet and sits just a couple of miles north of the great San Andreas Rift Zone. This peak is in the California transverse range known as the San Emigdio Mountains. These mountains form the southern wall of the San Joaquin Valley and extend into Kern, Ventura and Los Angeles counties.

Antimony Peak is a mountain summit on the east west divide of the Diablo Range and on the boundary of San Benito County and Merced County, California. It rises to an elevation of 3,248 feet (990 meters) just south of Frenchs Pass on the same divide and southeast of French Ranch.

2018年9月21日 · Both Antimony and Eagle Rest Peaks offer great views of the surrounding area, and provide a chance to explore the mountains north of Mount Pinos. The hike to Antimony Peak is about five miles round trip, and from there it’s another six miles round trip to Eagle Rest Peak, for a total of 11 miles to visit both.
