Identification of an RNA Polymerase III Regulator Linked to …
2017年3月16日 · In the absence of polyglutamine, MOAG-2/LIR-3 regulates the RNA polymerase III-associated transcription of small non-coding RNAs. This regulation is lost in the presence of polyglutamine, which mislocalizes MOAG-2/LIR-3 from the nucleus to the cytosol.
MOG Antibody Disease - Symptoms, Causes, Treatment | NORD
2025年1月21日 · MOG antibody disease (MOGAD) is a neurological, immune-mediated disorder in which there is inflammation in the optic nerve, spinal cord and/or brain. Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) is a protein that is located on the surface of myelin sheaths in the central nervous system.

The cellular modifier MOAG-4/SERF drives amyloid formation
2021年10月7日 · Our data indicate that MOAG-4 and SERF2 drive protein aggregation and toxicity by interactions with negatively charged segments in aggregation-prone proteins. Such charge interactions might accelerate primary nucleation of amyloid by initiating structural changes and by decreasing colloidal stability.
Moag's (1982) life cycle of non-native Englishes - ResearchGate
In this paper, we are exploring the history of the genitive alternation (of- vs. s-genitive) in Singapore English based on corpus data covering both British English (as the historical input...
Richmond pianist hosting recital for stricken friend
2019年11月14日 · A piano recital is being held in Richmond to raise funds for Adam Mogg, who was recently rendered a quadriplegic after a car accident. About two months ago, 20 year-old Richmondite Mogg was rushed to Vancouver General Hospital following a serious car accident and he now faces a long road of rehabilitation ahead.
The cellular modifier MOAG‐4/SERF drives amyloid formation …
2021年10月7日 · The cellular modifier MOAG/SERF2 systematically interacts with negatively charged protein segments through its positively charged N‐terminus. Amyloidogenic proteins are often stabilized by their supercharged segments, and the interaction with and shielding of these charges by MOAG/SERF2 seems to drive amyloidogenic proteins towards ...
Identification of MOAG-4/SERF as a Regulator of Age-Related ...
2010年8月20日 · Here we identify an evolutionarily highly conserved modifier of aggregation, MOAG-4, as a positive regulator of aggregate formation in C. elegans models for polyglutamine diseases. Inactivation of MOAG-4 suppresses the formation of compact polyglutamine aggregation intermediates that are required for aggregate formation.
