2017年3月8日 · Aprazol 0.5mg Tablet is used for the treatment of peptic ulcer disease (gastric and duodenal ulcers), reflux esophagitis or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It is also used to treat a disease associated with excessive acid production in the stomach known as Zollinger Ellison syndrome (ZES).

Aprazol is a proton pump inhibitor. Aprazol decreases the amount of acid produced in the stomach. Aprazol is used to treat and prevent stomach and intestinal ulcers, erosive esophagitis (damage to the esophagus from stomach acid), and other conditions involving excessive stomach acid such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Aprazol 0.5Mg Tablet is primarily used as a short-term treatment (up to 4 weeks) for healing and symptom relief of active duodenal ulcers (should not be used for maintenance therapy of duodenal ulcers). It is also used as part of a multiple-drug regimen for H. pylori eradication.
