Al-Ahsa (Arabic: ٱلْأَحْسَاء, romanized: Al-Aḥsāʾ, locally pronounced Al-Ḥasāʾ (Arabic: ٱلْحَسَاء)) also known as Hajar (Arabic: هجر) is the largest governorate in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, named after the Al-Ahsa Oasis.
