I noticed that i didnt have a password set up in the account section of adobe. i set my password to match my google password. and then used my google email as my adobe ID. and the password i just edited to match my google password. hope this helps.

2020年3月16日 · Once you receive the welcome email from the LMS, you get an option to sign in with an Adobe ID or Create an Adobe ID. This step links the Adobe ID to the Prime account. Now, If you want to change the Adobe ID to another email ID then, you may contact your Admin for the LMS so that they may edit your Profile and change the Adobe ID from there.

Has anyone been able to convert or merge existing Business ID users to their Federated ID ones?
