2011年1月24日 · more than likely the adnexal cyst is an ovarian cyst. There's really nothing else in the adnexa that would have a cyst. Don't worry about the ultrasound tech not being able to locate the other ovary. That is not uncommon, as our ovaries hang out on ligaments and get kind of tricky to find in some people especially if bowel gas is in the way.
