In polychrome, there is an option to disconnect the RAM "module" from controlling it. Do that, and then boot up G.Skill's software and turn on "Chroma Connect" I had to deal with this nightmare, this is the only way I know around it and polychrome will break eventually and the RGB will freeze on the motherboard.

2022年11月11日 · My recent build uses an Asrock motherboard with the Asrock rx7900xtx GPU. I have a pair of Corsair RAM and they are the only ones that don’t work with Polychrome. I’ve tried OpenRGB but for some reason the GPU doesn’t work with it.

Polychrome is just slow, overbearing and causing me BSOD. I don't understand why Polychrome offers to resize number of leds, but Asrock board does not have direct mode. Mystic light is even more hilarious when the old stand-alone version recognizes my RGB rams, but not the ARGB header. Then the new one from MSI command center is opposite.

I use asrock x570, but I don't remember exactly because I don't use polychrome because the SW is real weird. And you should get the version you downloaded from your motherboard download sw section.

2020年9月22日 · Polychrome has been quite a disappointment. It's almost like Asrock just did it as an afterthought to be able to say oh look we have RGB too. I mean it can't even sync with itself properly for god's sake. lol You'd think something with sync in the name like Polychrome sync could do a better job.

2020年3月9日 · So my ASrock experience started with Polychrome being barely functional and it didn't have the toggle in it to allow the Razer software to take over. After pounding my head on some bricks, I discovered that the Polychrome software needed to be flashed with an included update. NO WHERE did anything about Polychrome tell me this.
