Though I don't think there is anything wrong with the video. I know a ton of people enjoy them. The ones I love to watch are cooking asmr videos. No eating. Just the sounds of preparing food. I get more ASMR from some of her "less popular" (relatively speaking) videos, but I was amazed at how much of an ASMR reaction I had to what I initially perceived as benign personal attention. Reception desks, customer service desks etc. can give me ASMR in person, but very, very rarely have that effect in ASMR videos.

a lot of them will make themselves throw up after filming. psychologically, knowing they will self-regurgitate after filming probably makes it easier to finish the whole meal, as opposed to a food eating contest where the goal is to eat everything as fast as possible WITHOUT throwing up. much more stress on the body on the latter.
