2024年2月21日 · Hi I am taking ASL through our local community college on zoom. The teacher suggested we practice receptive ASL. Seems most in our class can sign but can't read it. I am playing the game and see there are amazing scores. They must have it on max speed and no mistakes? He told us to try to figure out the word instead of individual letters.

Signed English (like SEE or PSE) attempts to directly map to English grammar and structure, even though ASL (American Sign Language) is a language in its own right, not just a translation of English, but a higher order mathematics of the English language.

2021年4月7日 · The main goal has always been to become an asl interpreter. I took a break from college and now I’d like to return to pursue my career with asl. I am in New York and none of my local colleges offer those courses that I need to take in person so now I’ve been trying to find something online but haven’t had much success with this either.

2019年6月2日 · I read lips and did without realizing as I lost more hearing but now I'm on overload and the headaches if watching people speak trying to figure words I never heard and I'm at a loss in communication and very much struggle learning asl my hands have alot of pain but even trying to learn I struggle with eye hand coordination.
