Rehabilitation of apron RON 12, 13, and 14 to include joint seal replacement and concrete rehabilitation. RON’s 12, 13 and 14 were first constructed in 1988 and reconstructed in 2009. The average PCI was 75 in 2021. The existing joint seals are beginning to degrade allowing water to enter the joints which damages the concrete surface.
