2021年8月27日 · I have recently been having a problem where my AMD PSP 10.0 Device cannot be enabled. Normally, when I use my laptop, the AMD PSP 10.0 Device and Trusted Platform Module 2.0 show up in devmgmt.msc. But since I upgraded to Windows 10 20h2 64-bit, my PSP had stopped working and I could not use Device encryption or encrypt files.

2024年3月4日 · Okay, I did reset to defaul values - nothing changed. I disabled fTPM, restarted my PC, then enabled fTPM again and restarted PC - nothing helped. Windows 11 simply doesn't see it, only AMD PSP 11.0 is visible in Security Devices of Device Manager. tpm.msc also saying that there is no TPM 2.0 compatible devices.

2021年11月3日 · The TPM state is enabled and available in BIOS but shows no compatible devices found when checked in tpm.msc Also the security tab under device manager just says AMD PSP 10.0 Device. My cousin is using the same laptop and his device does not have any TPM issue for the update.
