7.62x39: The RD-47 or AK Alfa are neat niche choices that pack an extra punch vs typical 5.45/5.56. If you want to do a run focusing on this calibre I highly recommend adding Revised Ammo Maker to your modlist. It makes a bunch of really good tweaks, but specifically it makes the intermediate 7.62x39 cartridge craft with other assault rifle parts.
