As it is, the range of the A330F is about the same as the MD11F, 4000nm to 3950nm at max payload, but the MD11F takes more payload, 20 t more at 90 t.

2013年4月21日 · This photo got me thinking. The door between the cargo area and the front cockpit/galley area in the A330F seems to be quite thick. Is this because it is a pressurization door? Does this mean that the cargo area is unpressurized? I always thought that the cargo area is pressurized on modern freighters.

2023年12月31日 · I just realized that the manufacturer's ranges at full payload for both the B777-8F and the A350F seem to be less than the advertised range for the current 777F (albeit quite small variations)...I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas why that would be, given the hypothetically more fuel efficient new gen aircraft and the longer ranges of the passenger versions vis-a-vis the legacy 777?
