2012年4月11日 · Helping my son-in-law with his 91 ZX6 and hard starting. Sometimes the bike will start but most often not. When it doesn't start we are hearing a buzzing sound from the junction box. Is this a sign the box is shot or a bad connection somewhere? Sounds like it to me. Smack the box when it does that. :scared Ride it like you stole it!

Brice Prince made the custom map at 121 hp on 91 pump gas and says it's the fastest stock motor 600cc he's ever seen. It's currently registered and plated for street. However, the stock upper fairing needs replacing for that, due to a lowside. There are cosmetic scratches on the frame and swingarm on the left side. Nothing major.

2010年6月22日 · My 1991 ZX6 won't start and I suspect it may be my starter. Battery is fine, all lights and horn work but when I try and start it I only get a clicking noise that seems to come from under the seat or from the side panel. The bike does not crank but it starts right up if I push and throw it into gear.

2016年4月8日 · When I turn it on I hear an abnormal noise like a high pitch sound. It turns over and runs great. Just worried something might be going out or something is wrong. I recently changed that stator cap and unplugged the battery for awhile. Any feedback is appreciated. Wheres it comin from? Hit us with more info man! Fuel pump priming sound?

2016年4月14日 · I've got a '91 Zx6d. I was out riding last fall and the bike just shut off about 5 minutes into the ride while I was moving. A couple days prior to this it shut off on me when I came to a stop at a stop sign. Yes, there is gas. I've searched the bike and don't see a fuel switch (unless it's hidden) but don't think that is the issue.
